SJRRC has developed a proposed overall (triennial) DBE goal for the three federal fiscal years beginning October 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2025. The goal has been calculated using a DOT-approved goal-setting methodology, as described in 49 CFR 26.45. The current DBE Goal for 2020 - 2022 and the proposed DBE Goal 2023-2025 are linked below.
